Business Development Executive
Reporting To: Director of Healthcare Providers/Director of Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Ownership
- Manage and nurture assigned leads throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a personalized approach to each potential client.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external prospects and clients to foster trust and engagement.
- Sales Coordination
- Coordinate pre-sales activities, including needs assessments and product demonstrations, to effectively showcase solutions to prospects.
- Oversee post-sales activities to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and enhance the overall sales process.
- Facilitate communication among departments to address client needs and feedback promptly.
- Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth opportunities.
- Provide insights to the Director on market needs and client feedback to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports for the Director on lead status, sales performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare technology sector or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both external clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and navigate challenges during the sales process.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and an understanding of industry regulations and standards.
