Role Overview
The Strategic Business Representative is a Management Trainee path for L1NK Inc
overall with growing portfolio as haws, POWERhaws, hawsGRIP, wel1nk and more
more in the pipe. You will experience coaching and inclusions in corporate meetings
conducted face to face and remote. A possible travel within Mindanao, Visayas and
Luzon for meetings and presentations. You will be harnessed on the overall revenue
drive and sustainable growth balancing P&L and increasing gross profit.

Job Purpose
To continually enhance the capabilities of the team by way of driving creative
productization and presentation of our solutions to various enterprise associations
including but not limited to government linked organizations. We are looking for a
vibrant and dynamic and eager entrepreneur who will grow with our product portfolio
and celebrate with our sustainable plans and market reach.

We will count on you to:
● Oversee provider care from acquisition , presentation, training & onboarding in
adopting haws – Health And Wellness Solutions mobile app
● Engage with enterprise corporate accounts, including but not limited to large
and mid market companies across various sectors
● Confidently connect with HR leaders, L&D department in HR including health &
safety security division to position POWERhaws OpenTalks Exclusive
● Engage with senior corporate executives to position Leadership counselling
programs with scientific and medical approach enhancing impact to
productivity through our hawsGRIP program – best for line managers
● Willing to collaborate with the team with all engagement activities driving
value and brand retention with the right audience

● Savvy and comfortable with business tools as: using emails, various
communications channels and engagement/productivity tools as MS office
and other helpful digital tools to drive and leverage our engagements with our
key sets of customers and potential clients
