Department of Health (DOH) Davao Center for Health Development through its
Employees Association of Regional (EAR) Health Office XI in advancing its advocacy of
providing healthcare access to its employees and families.
The ceremonial signing was made last July 24, 2023 led by Regional Director Dr.
Annabelle P. Yumang and EAR President Mr. Marc Shane Adeva together with haws
representatives Mr. Warren Cane, Business Development Director, and Ms. Wendy
Cabrera, Healthcare Provider Director.
