Role Overview
Position: Business Development Executive
Reporting To: Director of Healthcare Providers/Director of Business Development
Environment: Dynamic Health Technology
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Ownership
– Manage and nurture assigned leads throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a personalized approach to each potential client.
– Develop and maintain relationships with external prospects and clients to foster trust and engagement.
Sales Coordination
– Coordinate pre-sales activities, including needs assessments and product demonstrations, to effectively showcase solutions to prospects.
– Oversee post-sales activities to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Internal Collaboration
– Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and enhance the overall sales process.
– Facilitate communication among departments to address client needs and feedback promptly.
Market Analysis
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth opportunities.
Provide insights to the Director on market needs and client feedback to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Documentation
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
– Prepare regular reports for the Director on lead status, sales performance, and opportunities for improvement.
