Health And Wellness Solutions is a Medical Concierge in a form of a mobile app that functions as an assistive technology and a patient care tool beyond a directory of doctors, as it allows an active view of the availabilities and schedules of the specialists allowing ease in booking of medical appointments for clinic/lab visits, tele-consult or haws Call. All pertaining documents per appointment are kept intact per patient and Doctor’s records.

About The Role

| Confidentiality | You will be required to treat any information concerning the Company or any of its clients as confidential. |
| Termination of Contract | Both the Company and you will be able to terminate this Contract on written application two (2) calendar months in advance of the date of leaving (three (3) weeks during probation period). The Company reserves the right to make an equivalent payment for annual leave entitlement not utilized, and/or for allowing you to take leave in lieu of notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment without notice or payment in lieu of notice if you are guilty of misconduct or negligence in your duties or should any competent medical practitioner certify in writing that the state of your health will not permit you to continue working. Furthermore, if you should undertake outside employment for remuneration without prior permission of the Company, you may be liable to immediate dismissal without compensation. |
